What it does

Dropshipping stores fed by CJDropshipping receive their products in English. This WordPress plugin detects every product CJ creates through the WooCommerce API and automatically creates linked Polylang translations in every language of your store — title, short and long description, and optionally category, tag and attribute names.

The SKU of every product and variation is shared between translations (through the woo-poly-integration plugin), so CJDropshipping keeps matching order items by SKU no matter which language your customer bought in.

Terms of Service

  1. Service. Asperor operates an online translation service ("the Service") used by the "AI Product Translator for CJDropshipping" WordPress plugin ("the Plugin") to translate WooCommerce product content submitted by the site on which the Plugin is installed.
  2. Free plan. Each site may connect to the Service and translate up to 10 distinct products, at no cost, subject to the technical limits described in the plugin's documentation.
  3. Paid license. An unlimited license costs €45 per year per site and is non-transferable between sites at the same time (it can be moved to a different site from the plugin's account area). It is purchased online at asperor.com/translator-shop; the license key is delivered by email right after payment is confirmed. Licenses are renewed annually; if a license is not renewed, the site automatically returns to the free plan's limits. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
  4. Fair use. The Service applies rate limits per site to keep it available to everyone. Asperor may suspend a token or license used in a way that abuses the Service or violates these terms.
  5. Availability. The Service is provided "as is", without uptime guarantees. Asperor is not liable for translation errors, service interruptions, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the Service.
  6. Changes. These terms and the pricing above may change; the current version always applies and is published at this page.

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what the Service processes when a site connects the Plugin to https://asperor.com/apt-api/.

What is sent to the Service

  • Your site's URL, when you first connect from the Plugin's settings page.
  • The text of the products being translated: title, short and long description, and, if enabled, category, tag and attribute names.
  • The source and target language for each translation request.
  • An internal product identifier, used only to count how many distinct products a free-plan site has used.
  • Your license key, if you are on the paid plan.

What is stored

The Service stores, per connected site: the site URL, a connection token, license status, a running character count (to enforce the free-plan limit) and the list of product identifiers already translated on the free plan. Product text content itself is not stored — it is forwarded to the AI translation provider for processing and the translated result is returned to your site; it is not retained on Asperor's servers afterward.

Sub-processor

The Service uses Google Gemini as the underlying AI translation provider, so submitted product texts are also processed by Google under its own privacy policy. If the underlying provider changes, this page and the plugin's "External services" section will be updated.

When data is sent

Nothing is sent until you explicitly press "Connect this site" on the Plugin's settings page. After that, requests are sent only when a product is translated (automatically in the background, or manually via bulk translation).

Your rights

You can request deletion of your site's record (site URL, token, usage counters) at any time by emailing admin@asperor.com from an address that lets us verify you control the site. Disconnecting the Plugin stops any further data from being sent.
