How to delete your Safe Return account

Deleting your account permanently and immediately removes: your name, your device identifier, all your trusted contacts, and your complete alert history (active, cancelled and fired) along with its location and delivery log. This cannot be undone.

Option 1 — From the app (recommended, instant)

1. Open Safe Return (look for the icon with the name and look of the disguise you chose — Notes, Calculator, Clock or Weather).
2. Tap the red text on the home screen 5 times in a row to reveal the real screen.
3. If you have an alert currently scheduled, cancel it first using the corresponding button.
4. Tap "Delete my account" and confirm on the warning that appears.

Your account and all your data are deleted from the server instantly.

Option 2 — By email (if you can't access the app)

Write to admin@asperor.com requesting deletion of your account, including the name you used in the app so we can locate it. We will handle your request within 30 days at the latest.
